Andrey Pelipenko

Chief Technology Officer

Andrey was born to code and his interest in gaming derived from his programming addiction. He learned BASIC by the age of 10, graduated University of Latvia wth Master Degree in Computer Science. After 6 years of work dedicated to white-box cryptography, he co-founded his first mobile gaming studio MadSword in 2012. He contributed to more than 100 mobile games with more than 20 mln downloads and numerous awards. Since his first acquaintance with Bitcoin whitepaper in 2013, he has been obsessed with the creation of gaming models powered by the open economy. He moved to Solidity development in 2017 and co-founded Blockchain Cuties in 2018 – the first multi-chain collectible game counting millions of transactions. Andrey is in charge of breeding architecture, game design, and smart contracts.

Ildar Zaynetdinov

Chief Cultural Officer

While having more than 10 years of experience in marketing and branding, Ildar has a bulletproof reputation in cultural space. Founder of Gost Zvuk ‘Russia’s most exciting electronic label’ according to Pitchfork, regular radio host on NTS radio and Boiler Room collaborator. Also known as low808, he has played more than 100 dj sets around the world and accumulated vast international network and recognition. Constantly pushing forward the creative force around him, he discovered Ethereum in 2017 and realized the paradigm shift to open creative economies. Ildar is in charge of the Roach Universe aesthetics, communication, and cultural strategy.

Dan Chestnykh

Chief Strategic Officer

Danila is a serial entrepreneur who started his first e-commerce business in 2013 with a successful exit in 2016 – the year he discovered Ethereum and the enormous possibilities of smart contracts. He co-founded one of the first in-depth crypto analysis services DataLight in 2018 which became the pioneer of on-chain analytics. His vast business network and entrepreneur vision, combined with his passion for decentralized economies pushed him towards the p2e category. Danila is in charge of tokenomics and business relations.

Dima Baraulin

Art Director

Working in the field of 3D motion since 2005, Dmitry co-founded the award-winning studio White Russian in 2013. Focused on 3D graphics, animation, VR, and AR, the studio has delivered high-level works for numerous worldwide clients, such as World Chess, Guinness, Kaspersky, Swarowski, Yandex, and many others. Dmitry is leading the design process and is in charge of the overall visual aesthetics of the Roach Racing Club universe.
